who wouldn’t
want a beachfront condo in some tropical climate? No one, unless the person has
a craving for very cold weather, then he or she wouldn’t appreciate the sunny
clime in Costa Rica and certainly wouldn’t want beachfront condos in Costa
Rica.
However for
everyone else, Condos in Costa Rica are a great
idea. They are affordable, many are brand new and most are right on the beach.
A beach front condo in Costa Rica will cost more than a condo that isn’t on the
beach, but since property is still much cheaper here than in other countries the
condos are quite affordable. A family looking for a vacation condo can usually
pick up a condo on the beach in Costa Rica for about the price of the middle
class home in the United States. Plus that condo will have all the amenities
and be new. In fact, one can insure that their beachfront condo is brand new by
purchasing a pre-construction condo before it’s built.
There are
many areas of Costa Rica where new construction is taking place such as Limón,
San Jose, Flamingo and Jacó. Most of the cities where new beachfront condos are
being put up are on the Pacific side of Costa Rica, simply because that is the
most touristed area of the country. Here visitors can enjoy lots of surfing,
golfing, and many goodies like fine dining and dancing. A few cities are also
very alternative lifestyle so the beachfront condos owners can expect to find
new age health shops and internet cafes all over in places like Montezuma and
other cities in the North Pacific Region of Costa Rica.
Beachfront
Condos in Costa Rica are most popular with the seasonal tourists looking for a
place to stay long-term without actually paying the resort prices in tourist
communities. Costa Rica allows foreigners to stay in the country for up to 3
months and many visitors take advantage of that hospitality, so having a
semi-permanent place to stay can save the traveler a lot of money. In addition
these beachfront condos are also popular with those retiring in Costa Rica.
Since the buying power per dollar is greater here than in many other tropical
tourist countries it makes a great place to settle down in during your golden
years.
A pensioner
can afford to live an upper class lifestyle in a new condo for what would
normally only provide him or her with a middle class lifestyle elsewhere. There
are still plenty of homes and condos available for those looking to live for
less, though and it’s possible to get by in this reasonably priced country for
$500 a month.
When you do
purchase one of the many beach front condo rentals in Costa Rica, be sure to check into
some of the many affordable services offered by companies in the surrounding
city. Maid services, concierges, dog walkers and grounds keeping are all highly
affordable and can make life even more luxurious in this tropical climate
